Pine Tree Motel - Katherine

The pool area was a nice escape and super relaxing. The bbq area had everything needed for a good meal. My room was clean and comfy, and the ac worked great! Brekky options looked really nice even tho i didn't eat. Location was easy, just walkin distance to town. Staff was friendly, they were up for a chat and very helpful!

The location offered was marvellous and ideal really close to restaurant, accessing other activities outside of Katherine, and town centre. Moreover, it was just a short walk away from Djilpin Arts.

It was a particularly good and perfect location for us, just off a clean, well run establishment, the good eating spots are and the shops, central location, great swimming pool, quiet area...

The host's willingness to rearrange plans for my extended stay and the excellent buffet breakfast were highlights of my visit. The recommendation for nearby eateries enhanced my experience.

Self check-in needs improvement!!! It's frustrating when guests have to assist each other. A microwave in the room would be an appreciated touch as well, instead of having to trek to the garden area!!!

it was a great affordable hotel in a central area, next to the local country club as well as the outskirts of the town. all the staff were best, efficient. the room was good-sized and recently renovated, the decor was beautiful.

The pool area at Pine Tree was a good escape. It had a well-shaded BBQ area with everything needed for a good meal. I enjoyed using the microwave and toasting bread in the garden area. My room was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning. The breakfast options looked enticing, though I didn't partake. A real perk was the security measures in place, with a code for after-hours entry that felt reassuring. Some room features could use attention. The self-check-in process felt clunky. I needed help from fellow guests to figure it out. The lack of a microwave in the room was a minor inconvenience. Pine Tree offered a pleasant stay but could enhance the guest experience with more refined check-in procedures.

We were only there one night. Everything necessary was there, the staff friendly and helpful, the price reasonable. That's all it takes.

Loong Fong restaurant at 0.5 km stole the show with its flavours. The location was solid, with out-of-town tranquillity, and a terrific pool area to unwind after a day of culinary hunts.

A cheeky poke at the missing microwaves in rooms. You'll have to schlep to the garden area for that, a bit of a faff. Recycling isn't a thing here. More places should step up their game in that department!
